AFC Wulfs 0 Dudley Sports 0

dudley-sports-f-c.jpgThis was a very entertaining no goals draw with both sides giving there all, the first half saw Wulfs come out of the blocks early and go for Dudley Sports.

Sports defence were up against a tough test but came thru with Wulfs only real chance coming from a small claim for a penalty when Mitchell was up ended in the box, this for all there possession this was all Wolfs had to show for there efforts.

Half Time AFC WULFS 0 DUDLEY SPOTS 0

If the first half belonged to Wulfs the second half belonged to Sports with the very impressive Chris Raybone now beginning to start running at the heart of Wulfs defence Sports began to look more and more dangerous and it was from one of those runs.

Sports should have taken he lead when another Raybone run was halted by a defender who fetched him over just out side the box.

The resulting free kick was headed towards the goal by Ross Harris whose effort would have gone straight in but Grant Joshua was on hand to make sure only to see the linesman rule him offside which was very harsh.

It was another great run from Ray bone that saw a Wulfs centre half fetch him down in the penalty box resulting in the ref pointing straight to the spot, Lee Lough who scored from a penalty last week stepped up but unlike last week the penalty missed the target.

The game then could have gone either way but it was Sports defence who came out on top with another clean sheet.

Sports are seventh after thirteen games this after playing every one in the top five.
