Nigel Reo-Coker wants the Holte to roar Villa to victory tomorrow - to drown out the West Ham boo boys.
The former Hammers skipper is guaranteed a red-hot reception from their fans after leaving under a cloud this summer.
Reo-Coker has been impressed with Villa’s support and three successive home league wins will see a 40,000 crowd for the top flight’s only Saturday 3pm game.
He said: “I’m just hoping Villa fans can turn it into an intimidating atmosphere regardless of who we play and get behind us.
“It’s nice to play at home - there’s a fantastic atmosphere generated at Villa Park now and it’s becoming our fortress.
“The crowd can be that 12th man players need and with the fans behind us, the sky’s the limit to what we can achieve.”
Gabriel Agbonlahor also called on the Villa fans to continue their backing.
“We’ve got the home fans behind us - our form is better there because of that and it’s like the banner on the Holte End says, they’re our 12th man really,” he said.
“We’ve just got to and perform for them. So it’s vital we take advantage and give them something to cheer.”

i really hope that villa beat west ham 2 morrow!! im a manchester united fan but i really like the way that aston villa play football and i love nigel reo-coker i hav met him and he is such a lovely preson and i dnt know how west ham fans could b soo nasty 2 him i hope he scores against the scum 2 morrow!!!!!!!
reo-coker will get a bad reception because he aint stopped moanin about west ham since leavin and b4 he left so its down to him, mind u he says he’s grown up since well that must make him 60 odd as he was always growin up at west ham, he is just to big for his boot and a very arrogant person… a good player but not as good as he thinks. as for hearwood i hope he gets a good reception as he never really asked to leave west ham and hasnt slagged us off since leavin and he always gave 100% even though it didnt always looked like it. he helped us to promotion, helped keep us up and his goal at villa park got us to a fa cup final so i really hope us west ham fans remember that tomorro.
reo coker will get a bad reception and boy does he deserve it.As a season ticket holder i saw that guy week in week out strut around sulking because he did not get the chance to move to Arsenal.Curbishley wanted him out as he knew the fans saw through him in the end, overpaid and cocky tosser. No bad vibes with Harewood he will get a good reception at Upton Park. And sorry Villa fans in the end when no big 4 clubs wanted him he wanted to stay.No chance.
