The shopfloor is set to meet the art world after Black Country factory worker Susan Boyes was chosen as the voice of West Bromwich’s The Public Gallery.
Her distinctive tones will provide information to visitors when the gallery opens.
Video journalist Andy Toft met Susan to find out just why she was chosen.
