hednesford-town_logo.jpgHednesford have appointed Mark Patterson as assistant boss to Phil Starbuck to replace Jimmy Mullen, who has joined Walsall.

The 42-year-old played over 600 games for Blackburn, Preston, Bury, Bolton, Sheffield United, Southend and Blackpool from 1983-2003.

Starbuck said: “I know Mark from our time together as players at Sheffield United and I worked with him at Leigh RMI.”
