Under 8s
The under 8s got underway this week at Goals. Under 8s they may be but all teams displayed a good sense of sportsmanship and fair play with some very impressive displays by lads so young.
Bentley Youth and FC Strollers both began their campaigns with impressive victories in ach of their two outings.
Bentley ran out winners against Stone Cross with goals from Harry Shaw, Joshua Toye and Mitchell Baker with Thomas Shorthouse replying for Stone Cross while Joshua, with a brace, and Harry found the net again against Warstones Wanderers.
Kian Dwyer bagged four as FC Strollers beat All Saints in their first match with Gianni Boparon and Ben Mansell completing the scoring for Strollers their second game against Stone Cross saw Gianni bag a brace and Kian again on mark with Tyler Hendon, and Ellis Greatrex adding to the tally for Strollers.
Thomas Shorthouse was again on target for Stone Cross.
Ryan Bailey netted twice with Tom Griffiths also on target as Warstones Wanderers beat Vic Market Tigers while a close tussle in the final game of the morning saw All Saints emerge victorious with an odd goal in five victory over the Tigers Brandon Downes, with two and Skye Hylton were on the score sheet for the Saints with Jack Carter and Reece Simmons replying for the Tigers.
Under 10s
East Division Lane Head carried on from where they left off last week and once again didnÕt concede in their two matches, chalking up 3 - 0 and 6 - 0 victories.
First of the day was against Perton and Codsall East, the only other team with a 100% record. Goals from James Shinton, Russell Heathcock and Jake Proffitt saw them through, while their second game against Wolverhampton Development Pumas saw them double the score, with a Jack Arnold hat-trick, a brace from Russell Heathcock and Jack Proffitt again on target.
Smethwick Sikh Temple, after last week’s disappointing start, got into winning ways, chalking up victories over young newcomers Salisbury Rangers, playing their first ever match, and then Bentley Youth. Sangat Bassi and Aran Singh were on target in the first match, with Aran again scoring the only goal of the game against Bentley.
Stone Cross Academy chalked up their first win with Aaron Chand scoring in a 1 - 0 victory over Bentley, while Perton and Codsall East returned to winning ways with a 3 - 0 victory over Salisbury.
Jamie Ward, Jake Sharman and George Vernon were on target.
It was good to see the spirit and attitude of newcomers Salisbury, whose future was in doubt until a week ago.
They were never overawed by experienced opposition, and will surely settle in well.
West Division The West Division played only a few matches, and the 11.00 am kick-offs didnÕt manage a goal, as Coopers Casuals and Tipton Olympic played out a goalless draw, as did Willenhall Town and Perton and Codsall West.
In the changeover matches it was a different story, as Perton and Codsall hit six against Coopers, Jack Bishop hitting a brace, and single efforts from Joel Jaworski, Nicholas Cox, Jack Kriskinans and Oliver Lake.
Zac Reynolds got one back for Coopers. Meanwhile Willenhall were back on track, running out 3 - 1 winners against Tipton. Ashley Doughton scored twice, with Kierron Mackay, while Jake Langley was on target for Tipton.
Perton and Codsall stay top, with Willenhall snapping at their heels in second place.
South Division Last week belonged to Wednesfield in the scoring stakes, and this week belonged to New Park Village, and these two teams look set to be the pacemakers. NPV chalked up two 7 - 0 victories.
Khallem Russell hit a hat-trick in the victory over Prestwood, with Frank Hill, Djoffy Mpoyi, Reece Mason and Joshua Taylor also getting on the score sheet.
This was followed by victory over Coven Colts, with Josh Essen hitting two, while one each from Murteza Hoxia, Frank Hill. Djoffy Mpoyi, Reece Mason and an own goal saw NPV emerge with another 3 points.
Wednesfield continue to head the table as the only team not to drop points.
Jamie Goodwin and Todd Brindle scored in a 2 - 0 win over All saints, while a goal from James O’Malley was enough for victory over FC Perton.
This looks like being a close division, as Ashbourne Raiders ran out 3 - 0 victors over Prestwood Rangers, with goals from Callum Bradley (2) and Charlie Irving, while Perton recorded a 4 - 1 win over Coven Colts.
A brace from Besmellah Azimi and single strikes from Oliver Matthews and Andrew Shave were enough to see them through, although Oliver Thompson was on target Coven.
Under 11s
Handley bagged the all important goal as Hill Top Rangers beat Willenhall Town Colts to make it two wins out of two in the East Division while three goals each from Joe Edwards and Dan Power, two from Sam Perry and one from Louis Turner helped FC Strollers beat All Saints Juniors and goals from Jack Rhys-Crompton and Nathan Sankey helped Warstones Wanderers (North) to victory at Bentley Youth.
Finchfield and Wednesfield both made it two out of two in the West Division with five goals from Alex Ashton, three from Charles Besenyei, two apiece from Patrick Nolan and Jack Allen and one each from Phil Moore, Luke Jones and Tom Baker helping Finchfield to an impressive victory over Warstones Wanderers (Wolves) while there was an almost equally impressive display from Wednesfield at Coven United with a hat trick from Callum Terry, a brace from Callum Betts and goals from Jonathon Brown, Matthew Hough, Kyle Barnard, Jake Payne and Jack Worth with Keiron Hollingsworth and Nathan Robertson replying for Coven.
The remaining game in the division between Perton & Codsall United and Bilbrook Juniors Rangers was a much closer affair with the visitors taking the points with an odd goal in nine victory.
Dan Walters, with a brace, Alex Smith, Dufly and Farnlow were on target for Bilbrook with Matt Dickinson, with two, Mathew Willets and Tom Smith netting for the hosts.
In the North Division Bilbrook Celtic emulated their stable mates odd goal victory to record their second successive victory, beating Willenhall Town Reds with two goals from Jack Maydew and one from Andrew Newlyn while Thomas Bedows netted both goals as East Park Phoenix beat New Park Village with Tomasz Dworzycai replying.
In the South Division Rowley Rangers turned in yet another impressive performance beating Tipton Olympic with three goals apiece from Joe Fitzpatrick and Aaron Weston, two each from Louis Probert and Jack Turner and one from Jordan Lawrence while a brace from Joe Leonard and goals from Brendan Kelsy, Anton Richards and Neil Williams helped Wallbrook United to victory at Dudley Town and Warstones Wanderers (Lions) beat Brandhall Colts 5-2.
Under 12s
In the Jamie Mason (League) Cup a hat trick from Seamus Williams, a brace each from Joe Prosser and Ben Parrish and a goal from Jamie Parks helped New Park Village beat Prestwood Rangers with Leon Carter, Jovan Ordon and Macauley Cork replying while a brace from Kristan Parker and goals from Sam Downs, Jake Cox and Daniel Walton helped Willenhall Town beat Windsor and a brace from Joseph Hartill and a strike from Joseph Townsend helped Tipton Olympic to victory at Penn Rovers with Ryan Dillon replying.
Two goals apiece from Elliot Simpson and William Hughes and one from Kieron Whittaker helped Bilbrook Juniors (West) beat Warstones Wanderers (West) with Meshack Douglas bagging a hat trick in reply while a brace from Scott Williams and goals from Brad Crabtree and Arunjit Naga helped F.C. Strollers (Lions) beat Wednesbury Sports Union with Jack Nicholls replying.
In the Premier Division a brace from Oliver Bragg and a goal from Sam Cowie helped F.C Strollers beat F.C. Perton to maintain their 100% record while First Division action saw a hat trick from Luke Dunn and a goal from Corey Walker helped Moxley Lions beat Finchfield with Ryan Goldbourn and Chetan Bains replying and goals from Aron Singh Gill and Gavinsing Sunner helped Smethwick Sikh Temple make it two wins out of two in the Second Division with a victory at Coven United with Wraayon Vassell on target for the hosts.
Under 13s
In the Jenny Chapman (League) Cup four goals from Tarndeep Sira and two each from James Lunn and Ryan Stanley helped Bustleholme Blades beat Perton & Codsall United with Nick Skillern on target for the hosts.
All Saints and NC Sports made it two wins out of two in the First Division with a brace from Adam Thompson and a strike from Liam Whitter helping All Saints Juniors to victory Wednesbury Oak Colts while Ricket Hayter bagged the all important goal as NC Sports beat All Star Harriers.
There were second successive victories in the Second Division for Bustleholme Athletic, Bilston Wanderers and Bentley Youth. Bustleholme started early in their game at Sedgley White Lions with a quality header by Ben O’Keefe claiming the first goal in 24 seconds, the early lead was cancelled by a blistering shot by Romi Coglianese that left keeper Anthony Maddock little chance.
With the scores even at half time the match was wide open but quickly claimed by Bustleholme’s Ryan Reynolds and then Brad Farmer made sure with two more in quick succession.
A second goal by O’Keefe was denied by an excellent save by Sedgley’s keeper Tommy Cox which left the final score at 4-1.
Bilston Wanderers had a successful trip to Tipton Olympic thanks to two goals each from Sean Caddy, Ramario McFarlande and Ronaldo McFarlande with Declan Lawrence and Rufaro Mtsambiwa replying while goals from Troy Crawford, Moureket Brayn and Kevin Gale helped Bentley Youth to a narrow victory at New State Lions with Jamie Jones & Thomas Storey replying for the Lions and it was honours even when Black Country Ravens entertained Bantock Vipers with Jack Reynolds on target for the Ravens and Lee Gorman for the Vipers.
In the Third Division two goals apiece from Charlie Jones and Nathan Middlebrook helped Wednesbury Royals to a narrow victory over Dudley Town with Luke Hemmings, Joe Morgan and Jack Inston replying while goals from Amrik Sahota and Jordan Freeman helped Punjab United beat Warstones Wanderers (East).
In the Premier Division a hat trick from Mohit Sethi, a brace from Callum Williams and goals from Mitchell Smallwood-Rose and Mitchell Peniketr helped Warley Vipers maintain their 100% record with a victory over Moorcroft Raiders while it was honours even when New Park Villge entertained Himley Colts with Kyle Matthews, Harnik Bahia and Keanne Dunkley on target for the Village with Reece Bamcroft, with a brace and Simon Gilbert netting for Himley.
Goals from Jake Cadd and Anthony Churchley helped Oldbury Lions record an impressive draw at Willenhall Town with Kiah Nwabuko and Liam Boucher on target for the hosts while Hill Top and Eurofast also shared the spoils with Josh Yates and Ged Oldnall in target for Hill Top and Jordan Dickson and Alex Foreshaw for Eurofast.
Under 14s
Goals from Morris, Mason, Wellington, Crutchley and Edwards helped New Park Village progress to the second round of the Premier Division Cup with a victory at Wolverhampton Development while a brace from Andre Evans and goals from Callum Foster and Daniel Preece helped East Park Youth overcome Tettenhall Wood Athletic with Richard Edwards netting both goals in reply.
In the First Division Cup four goals from Ricky Bunga, three from Daniel Leatherland and one from Luke Jenkinson helped Sedgley White Lions beat Tipton Town while Kurvinder Singh bagged both goals as Smethwick Sikh Temple beat Beechdale Swifts with Ian Tipton replying.
In the Premier Division goals from Walker and Smith helped Hill Top beat Darlaston Town to maintain their 100% record while it was honours even when new boys Sandwell Dynamos visited last season’s champions Warstones Wanderers North. Dreece Gardner, with a brace and Josh Bernard were on target for Warstones with Daniel Slattery, Josh Dupont and Brett Butler replying for the Dynamos.
In the First Division Warstones Wanderers South made it two out of two with a victory at Perton and Codsall United courtesy of goals from Ryan Read, and Brett Marshall.
In the Third Division a brace from Edwards and goals from Platt and Smith helped Coopers Casuals beat Coven United with Kumar and Rayner replying while it was all square in the games between Wednesfield Phoenix and Tipton Athletic and Stone Cross and Windsor. Scott Gibson netted both goals for Wednesfield with Zac Campbell and Jack Homer on target for Tipton while Ross Saxon netted for Stone Cross and Danny Walters for Windsor.
Under 15s
In the Premier Division Cup a hat trick from Skinner and goals from Brooklyn, Pitt, Gibson and Nicholls helped Willenhall Town Tigers beat Carlisle Swifts while stable mates Willenhall Town Swifts needed a penalty shoot out to overcome Bilbrook Juniors (East) after Plimmer had netted for the Swifts and Hodgetts for Bilbrook.
Goals from Jackson, Tomson, Walkdon and Kaul helped Windsor beat Bustleholme with Watkis replying while Wilkson, Evans and Corns were on target as Trysull Tigers beat Parkes Hall with Hodgetts and Jilles replying.
In the First Division Cup a hat trick from Chisholm and goals from Stanley and Bond helped Featherstone RWB beat Park Hill with Tonks replying while two goals apiece from Thorpe and Northall and one from Caront helped F.C. Perton beat Tipton Olympic with Arter and Ibrahimil replying and Jamie Wood bagged the all important goal as Springvale beat Wednesbury Inter.
In the Second Division Cup four goals from O Green, two from J Green and one each from Harris and Dobson helped Bilbrook Juniors (North Star) beat Tipton Warriors while goals from Wilson and Stevenson helped Ashbourne Raiders beat Sedgley White Lions with Josh Baler replying and four goals from Ryan Mea and one from Amrag Reehal helped Punjab United beat Penn Rovers with Jack Webb and Huw Davies bagging a brace each in reply.
In the Premier Division a hat trick from Joesbury and goals from Stanton and Henery helped Beechdale Swifts beat Wolverhampton Development while a brace from Jerome Watson and a strike from Reuben Tulley helped Stone Cross bear Finchfield.
It was honours even when Smethwick United visited Woodsetton in the First Division with Selman Haxlic bagging all three goals for Smethwick and Blake Hallard, with a brace and Jahson Sharepel replying for Woodsetton.
In the second division two goals each from James and Holmer and one apiece from Nail and Usley helped FC Strollers beat Darlaston Town to maintain their 100% record with Kyer Williams replying.

A brace from Andy Roberts and goals from Brad Lawley and, Chris Farnell helped Essington Eagles beat Pelsall Villa Colts to progress to the next round of the Wednesbury Junior Cup with Nick Hadley netting both goals in reply while a brace from Connor Scott and a strike from Danny Mayne helped Bustleholme beat Hill Top Rangers with Nathan Robinson replying.
In the Premier Division a hat trick from Alex Inersreys and a strike from Ben Lund helped Wyrley Juniors beat Lyng Falcons with Fabian Griffin and Carney Hendon replying while it was honours even when Willenhall Town Swifts entertained Wednesbury Town with Luke Harpin and Ashley Dicken on target for the Swifts and Jack Hill and Liam Wright for Wednesbury.

Connor Forrester bagged four and Richard Fisher one as Aldersley beat JM United with Bassi replying while goals from Darryl Richards, Peter Peakman, Reece Jessop and Darren New helped Beechdale beat Wednesbury Sports Union with Sam Shin netting both goals in reply and goals from Jordan Jones and Zac Glover helped Sedgley beat Image Wheels with Steven Wright replying while goals from Joe Price and Luke Draizey helped Stowlawn beat Darlaston Town with Nathan James replying.
Under 17s
A ten goal thriller in the Eric Saunders Cup saw premiership outfit Willenhall Youth beat First Division Parkside Youth to progress to the next round with a hat trick off man of the match Ellis James and strikes from Darren Jassal, Jamie Hall, Ryan McDonagh and Aaron Johal.
Parkside replied with goals from Simon Nunn, Daniel Beckett and Gurjit Singh while a hat trick from Merrick, a brace from Richards and goals from Connochie and Edwards saw premiership Swinmoor Rangers beat first division FC Perton Pumas and a brace from Couchman and goals from Gibbons, Wakeman, Bowen, Aston and Powell helped premiership Bustleholme beat first division Wyrley Juniors with Parsley and Benbow replying and goals from Pope and Pickard helped premiership Argyle beat first division Parkes Hall Lions while in the all premiership tie Jones netted both goals as Castle Youth beat Park Hill and in the all first division tie two goals from Whitlock and one each from Gabidon and Hoches helped Darlaston Town beat Wednesbury Sports Union with Steane replying.

A seven goal thriller saw a brace from Stinger and goals from Halil and Rehman help Bentley Youth beat F.C. Strollers with Dowds, Garratt and Singh replying.
