Rock legend Robert Plant has confirmed he is reuniting with surviving band members of Led Zeppelin for a one-off gig this year, a fan has claimed.
And today a series of numbers on the rock band’s website appear to announce the date of the comeback concert will be November 13.
It is believed the show might be a charity gig at the 02 arena in London.
No official confirmation has yet been given and fans of the band have been told not to buy tickets.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees
Good old Robert. Zep rule
KNEBWORTH 2008 BECKONS!!!! come on guys give us fans what we have wanted for so long, 2 or 3 nights at knebworth and a ban on all tickets being sold on e-bay. cash only tickets on sale to people who queue up, any zeppelin show would be welcome but we want true fans to attend, keep the tickets away from touts and internet money grabbers. rock ‘n roll!!!
why they reuniting? They were god awful the first time around
Spot on Garry . . why the hell play to a medium-sized audience at the O2 when Hyde Park or Knebworth would be much moire suitable?
If they do play O2 then I hope they do a digital simulcast on TV or better still in cinemas nationwide so we can all turn back time for a real Celebration Day.
There must be some way to defeat the touts . . .
I saw Zep on the final Earls Court gig in the 70’s. It was great. That is untill I got hold of a bootleg of the entire show and realsied how scrappy and untogeter it was.
Now they all have pass passes (except young Bonham) I guess it will be even worse!
let the legend lie i say.
This has nothing to do with the fact that this Londoner will be in Cornwall on 13 November and therefore unable to go to the gig.
13th on November …. is the date of the release of a new greatest hits disc.
I don’t want to go down the route of ” i saw zep at the town hall, although i did ” etc. I just welcome the fact that they should be playing this amazing back catalogue of classic songs. Please sort out the ticket alocation. Perhaps a text competition along the lines of the live earth alocation.
Saw Led Zeppelin in 1977 in Tempe, Az and yes would love to see them again
Bloody big mistake. The legend was born with the official disbanding in 1980. The legend lives because no “reunion” has taken place.
I guess those Mercedes do suck a lot of gas after all…
