A jazz band and face painter took over Bryant Homes’ Kensington Place development in Lichfield last weekend as the housebuilder hosted a fun-packed family open day.
More than 50 people attended the event, enjoying a professional summer barbecue and having the first chance to view plans for Kensington Place - Bryant’s final phase of the successful Lichfield development at Darwin Park.
Rita Tyler, sales manager for Bryant Homes, said: “It was a great day out for all the family and the perfect way to keep the kids occupied while Mum and Dad found out more about the homes available.
“Kensington Place is an end of an era - once it is completed, it will mark the end of more than six years building for Bryant at Darwin Park as well as many hundreds of happy homebuyers. It’s the very last chance to buy a brand new home at the project.”
Kensington Place is a select phase of 22 homes, comprising three and four-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments.
The homes benefit from an excellent location alongside the prestigious Kensington Oval building, with its landscaped gardens, and are conveniently near to the entrance of the development.
Bryant at Lichfield is an extensive development situated within walking distance of Lichfield city centre. Its convenient location places the city’s high street stores and niche boutiques within walking distance and a new Waitrose supermarket has opened on the development.
Prices start at £159,950 for a two-bedroom apartment and three-bedroom homes will start at £245,000.
Kensington Place is open seven days a week from 9.30am until 5pm.
