Police appealed for help in tracing a sat nav system thief, who climbed into his victim’s car in broad daylight.
The thief, who escaped on a bike, broke into the Vauxhall Astra on the car park of Carillion Wolverhampton on September 22, 2006.
He is described as white, with dark short hair. He was wearing black trousers with a distinctive logo.
Another man has been arrested and bailed over thefts from the car park.
